At Qudrability, we are proud to offer the Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training — a comprehensive, internationally accredited program designed for caregivers, educators, rehabilitation staff, and all professionals supporting individuals of determination.

Led by Lama Ayoub, a certified PCM instructor and expert in behavioral intervention, this training equips participants with the knowledge and confidence to handle all phases of a behavioral crisis — before, during, and after — while maintaining each individual’s dignity and safety.

The program emphasizes proactive and preventive strategies, teaching participants how to identify early signs of escalation, create safe environments, and apply positive behavior support techniques to reduce the likelihood of crises altogether. Participants also gain hands-on experience in safe intervention methods and post-crisis reintegration practices.

16 hours of in-person training over two days
Aligned with ABA and Positive Behavior Support principles

Certification Details

Completion of all sessions, written and practical evaluations, and performance review required for certification
Annual renewal includes a 7-hour refresher training, with a 3-month grace period available
