Kariman Hammami – Co-Founder & Managing Director

With over 25 years of experience, Kariman specializes in supporting children with learning difficulties and special needs. Her background includes roles as ABA Program Supervisor, Dyslexia Specialist, and Inclusion Leader. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Roehampton University (UK), has completed BCaBA course from the Florida Institute of Technology, and is a KHDA-recognized Inclusion Leader. Kariman is a passionate advocate for inclusive education and has led numerous training workshops for parents and professionals.

Dr. Deema Hussein Anani – Co-Founder & Operations Manager

Dr. Deema is a dedicated Inclusion Leader and certified Dyslexia Specialist with over 8 years of practical experience supporting students with learning difficulties. She holds a diploma in Learning Difficulties and has led numerous educational events and awareness campaigns aimed at promoting inclusive practices in schools.

With a background in dentistry, Dr. Deema brings a unique, holistic perspective to children’s developmental and health needs. She is recognized for her strong commitment to excellence, collaboration, and client satisfaction, making her a trusted advocate for inclusive education and student wellbeing.

Nada Wael AbdelQader- Co-Founder & Head of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Department

Nada Abdelqader is a dedicated professional in the fields of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and special education, with over a decade of experience supporting individuals with diverse learning needs. She is the founder and partner at Qudrability Early Learning Center, where she plays a key role in developing and overseeing individualized educational programs tailored to each student’s unique profile.

Nada holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Pennsylvania State University, reflecting her strong academic background and commitment to evidence-based practices.

She has worked across Jordan, the UAE, and Qatar, where she delivered one-on-one therapy and implemented individualized behavior intervention plans. Israa is currently part of the team at Qudrability Early Learning Center, where she plays a key role in delivering evidence-based services and promoting inclusion for individuals of determination.

Asma Mansour- Head of Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Department

Asma Adnan Mansour is an accomplished behavioral therapist with extensive experience in supporting students with special needs. Since 2021, Asma has developed her expertise in the field, focusing on effective learning strategies tailored to individual requirements.

In 2024, Asma assumed the role of Head of the Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Department, where she oversees a dedicated team of experienced and passionate learning support assistants. Her primary goal is to ensure that each student receives quality support that aligns with their Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

Asma actively engages with students throughout the school, monitoring the implementation of educational strategies while ensuring LSAs work collaboratively toward achieving set targets. She maintains close communication with the Head of Inclusions and prepares comprehensive reports to track student progress and inform best practices.

Her tenure as a Project Coordinator at the National Institute of Speech & Hearing (NISH), showcased her ability to orchestrate complex projects, pioneer assistive technology initiatives alongside the Government of Kerala and The Indian Council of Medical Research, and spearhead impactful awareness campaigns—all while mastering administrative excellence. Renowned for her versatility, meticulous approach, and inspiring leadership, Nayana consistently elevates team performance and fosters innovation.

With a Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Florida International University and over five years of clinical experience, Lina is passionate about helping children and families overcome communication challenges.

Specializing in early intervention with a focus on articulation, language development, and parent training, Lina empowers caregivers to support their child’s growth through evidence-based strategies. She is also Hanen-certified in the “It Takes Two to Talk” program, further enhancing her collaborative approach with families.

With training in Schema Therapy and  CBT, as well as a background in working with children, adolescents and adults, Yara brings a compassionate, grounded, and evidence-based approach to therapy. She is dedicated to creating a safe space for growth, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. As a bilingual psychologist, Yara offers therapy in both Arabic and English, allowing her to tailor treatment in a way that honors each client’s cultural and emotional context.
